Human Resources and Numerology

Are you searching high and low to fill a certain position within your company with no luck so far? Is there a lack of diverse talent within your organization? Or are you thinking of changing how you hire people but unsure what approach or method you should take? If you haven’t found the right tool to modify your hiring process or have the wrong people in the wrong positions, then perhaps it’s time to look at things from a different, yet spiritual, and numerological perspective.

It’s no secret that numerology can help you discover your (hidden) talents that may lead to a professional path or career direction that enables you to make a living. However, numerology is often misunderstood and not taken seriously by the masses; especially not from a spiritual point of view. This is unfortunate because numerology is not just a tool for personal development. The language of numbers can also aid many employers in developing the talents of their current employees and finding new employees for their company/organization. Hence, numerology can serve as a tool in any company or organization (with an HR, Recruitment, and L&D department) to develop, retain, attract, and hire the best employees.

So, if you’re in charge of hiring (e.g. you work in Human Resources or Recruitment) and want to improve and simplify your hiring/recruiting process by taking on an alternative approach, or you want to understand why you have so many people in the wrong positions, numerology can give you the answers you seek. Or if you run a company and are looking for a business partner or an expert to help you with certain aspects of your business, this blog post may give you numerological insight on what to look for when searching for the best talent.

When you learn these simple tips, I will share with you next; you won’t waste anyone’s time on multiple rounds of interviews. Neither would you put people through these lengthy, time-wasting psychological tests and assessments. Obviously, for some specialized professions (e.g., pilots, air traffic controllers, astronauts) it’s mandatory to go through a psychological test, but for most jobs in this world, it’s unnecessary. These psych tests are often made to see whether someone will fit the organization/company’s culture and not if they can do the job. It’s usually about cultural fit and less about one’s talents, skills, and potential.

So as a hiring manager, recruiter, or business owner (seeking a business partner); how can you use numerology to hire the right candidate for the job? How can you tell if someone can do as required? And how can you prevent yourself from putting the wrong people in the wrong position? What should you look out for during your hiring process? Well, there is one key personal detail, apart from experience (if necessary), you need to know about someone to help you make an informed decision about whether they are perfect for your business needs. What is that? It is no other than their date of birth.

As with numerology, numbers are everything as they carry meaning. Hence, to understand oneself or someone else in this case, you must know their date of birth, which is key to learning about one’s path in life and entire psychological makeup. Through the date of birth, you can discover a person’s Life Path Number, Expression Number, Birth Day Number, and Maturity Number. Learning about a person’s Numerological DNA can help you simplify your hiring process as it allows you to pinpoint a candidate’s strengths, weaknesses, and talents. In addition, it will also prevent you from potential mismatches when seeking a new employee to work in your company or organization. In some countries (mostly Western), it’s not a practice (because of discrimination laws) to disclose this type of personal information on a CV/resume when one applies for a job. However, suppose this information is available (when the candidate discloses it). In that case, you can use it to learn about their talents, skills, and potential and see whether they fit the required position.

Besides the date of birth, names also have meaning. Letters are energetically charged, as they are individually connected to a number. And so, through the candidate’s name, you may learn about their Name Number, Personality Number, and Soul Urge Number (or Heart’s Desire). Although the full name, according to the birth certificate, is usually required to get a full and comprehensive picture of a person; their first and last name will also do. And so, knowing one’s (full) name will add an extra layer to your analysis and aid in your decision-making process and thus your search for the right candidate.

Ultimately, both the name and date of birth will give you deeper insight into your short-listed candidates and best hires.
