Hi Lovelies,

Here’s a lil’ throwback outfit I wore to a fashion event in the Summer of 2015. At that  time I didn’t have a blog, so I had never really shared these photos before(except for 1 on Instagram). Anyways, one of my favorite and classic color combination is black and red: A color combination which might not appeal to all, but actually became Yves Saint Laurent’s (Now Saint Laurent) catwalk signature in the 80s.

Going all black is often the safest way to play, but when you add a pop of color like red(which screams hell yeah! – in my opinion), I believe you can bring any dull black outfit back to life! I love this red retro leather jacket (thrifted more than a decade ago btw), which I combined with a black lace long sleeve crop top, black leather truck sole booties and my favorite black midi skirt from H&M(which you’ve probably seen before in a previous style post, but styled differently).

Here are some more photos.

So how do you style black and red as a color combination? Let me know! XO- Jey.

    1. Biki!!!! Thank you so much! Lately I’ve been more into midi actually…Didn’t know I would like it that much. It’s comfy yet stylish. Plus midi skirts are a great cover for my butt and thighs during those times when I eat a bit too much. Your .com is finally LIVE Yes!! and I will definitely have a look right NOW😉😘
