Frozen Pizza with Fresh Spinach and Wild Salmon

Hi lovelies!

This is going to be a short food post, but a delicious looking one!

You know those days when you’re just too lazy or tired to prepare an extensive meal for dinner? When I have my lazy days I often go for something simple like a basic frozen pizza, but I add my own fresh toppings to balance it off.

One of my favorite frozen pizzas out of the bunch is the Casa di Mama “Quattro Formaggi” a.k.a. 4 cheese pizza from German brand Dr. Oetker.

SAM_8024-002Since the base only consists of tomato and 4 different cheeses, I usually add the following extra toppings to complete my pizza:

  • Fresh wild salmon(fried in a pan)
  • Fresh spinach
  • Fresh baby plum tomatoes
  • Green pesto

While the pizza sits in the oven at a temperature of 250 Celcius, I fry the wild salmon(into small pieces) in a pan. Once the pizza is done baking(after 10-15minutes), I top it off with the fried salmon, spinach, plum tomatoes and pesto.


Et voila! That’s how I give my frozen pizza a delicious and balanced twist on my lazy days!
